You really should at least once try challenge rift, before you throw it between players in EU. These tragic builds make this game even more dead…

I haven’t tried it but it looks truly awful! True, someone did it the first time (the original runner) but golf players also sometimes make holes in one.

In his guide video the good Cpt. Honorseeker even misses the timer!
But I saw this tip in the comments:
“that was surprisingly easy

did it with 25% time left.
Just dont apply exploding palm with the actual skill, let the main attack do it every 3rd hit (happens fast), then there is no resource issues :)”

Web profiles are back up. I can see that you’re doing fine. I’m farming for the stuff needed for the nodes after the CR cache. Got an ancient HF amulet after 24 tries. Only have the Shinbone from the fireplace and the bell from Squirt. Farming on T16 to take advantage of the visions that pop up now and then.
Haven’t bothered with the season journey, since Vyr’s isn’t that great for starters, but still got enough of different sets to get the four set dungeon tomes needed for the Altar later on.
Edit: just got the gemstone in the first run after posting this. Just three more items to go.

This one is doable but still you are hard pressed for time. Damage is low and slow but toughness isn’t so bad.

Another horrible CR for Europe!!! Did it in 5:26. But you really have to work hard and focus on elites to make it in time. If I hadn’t run ahead to grab the conduit pylon to kill the first packs i would have been hard pressed for time…

I was worried after I failed badly at my first try, but I succeeded at me second attempt 
(Toughness isn’t bad at all, indeed!)

haha, that was a complete garbage Monk. Luckily we had one dude in our group of four who was able to kill stuff with that. 
Must have been last week’s CR with a squishy monk. This week is a WD with lots of toughness but little damage.

I guess I suck at WDs, but I can’t pass this challenge rift no matter what. I tried like 20 times and I always fall around 20 seconds short. One time when I was especially lucky with packs and pylons, I failed by 1 second!

It’s difficult because you do so little damage and it’s not worth it to go after the smaller mobs.

Another thing is that when I watch the videos I make a rough sketch of the layout in the maps in order to be sure what way to take, where the champions and elites are and where the pylons are. That can help a lot. Also remember to get the skills and buttons into your fingers, so to speak.

Finally got it done after something like 100 attempts. The most infamous fails included:
Disconnected after arriving at the boss with a generous 45 seconds left
One-shotted by the boss’s charge attack despite having all buffs up
One-shotted by Enslaved Nightmare at the beginning for some reason, despite having all buffs up
One-shotted by Death Maiden in the middle of the run for some reason, despite having all buffs up
Progress orbs from the first elite pack (abominations) falling into the abyss and disappearing from view
Failing by 0.3 seconds
Running out of elites and mobs at lvl 2 at 99%
I don’t think I’ve seen such an infuriating challenge rift in a long while!
