The game is recognizing my seasonal hero as normal hero

Hi All,

i am having a very strange issue that started 30 minute ago.
the game is recognizing my seasonal hero as normal hero and therefore, i can’t join their games nor they can invite me.
i switched to a normal hero and i could join the party on the menu screen and when i tried to go inside the game, it was obvious that the game got stuck because their is something wrong ( you can’t join a normal hero into a seasonal Group).

on my friend list i see my friends seasonal heroes as normal heroes.

i think you got he idea.

what should i do, i can’t play with my friends due to this strange bug.

uninstalling battle net didn’t help
deleting cache didn’t help.

can you help please.

EDIT - extra info:when the game tries to auto join me in to seasonal party with my normal party and while i am in the party menu i get the error code: 316708

when i press join game i get the error code:316614

on friend list , the game recognize my normal friends characters as seasonal and vice versa and the game act accordingly . still can’t join games.

i suspect that it’s a battle net issue . please help it’s weekend where i live :slight_smile:

I have this too. Sometimes it help to reboot my computer, sometimes not.

It certainly is, and various problems have been going on for 10+ days and two maintenances have not resolved them…

Workaround for when you can not create seasonal game with friends:

  1. You and all friends select non seasonal heros.
  2. Team up.
  3. Select seasonal heros.
  4. Start game.
