I am getting bored of trawling the internet to find no answers to this

I have just downloaded Diablo 3 Eternal Collection on my PS4 and my brother is unable to join my game and visa versa. Even with new level 1 characters.
The first day we could play together.
The past two have been a nightmare.
We have restarted the consoles, uninstalled and re-installed the games.
Games are fully updated.
Consoles are fully updated.
Im getting frustrated now.
I have tried to raise a support ticket but I am unable to as I don’t have a DXDIAG or MSINFO File to upload.
I have followed Blizzards advice of restarting the game, restarting the consoles and creating a new seasonal character, deleting it and then logging back in.
I have played this game on Xbox 360, other PS4 accounts and Xbox 1 with no issues. I feel like I have paid full price to play half a game.
I love this game and it is absolutely best played with friends… So why is it depriving me of the privilege?
