Good day. I am the head of the DarkKnights clan (EU). Few days ago the clan stopped working:

  1. The clan chat does not work (error 319012)
  2. Clan players are not visible (there are 99 people in the clan).
  3. I can not accept new players to the clan - the option to accept a player to the clan is not active.
    Trouble ticket: EU73297250
    Please fix the problem.

To be very clear, these are not the problem:

Every clan member in many clans has this same problem, not all clans assumingly, but from the number of posts appearing at the moment in EU/US forums, I would say this is something that should have some priority by now.

I am glad if you are able to keep us updated on this matter.

hello,

  1. I don’t get updates in the leaderboard when i get higher in GR solo.
  2. I don’t see the info in the chatbox what i and others find in rifts and GR.
  3. i don’t see what i get when i used the cube.

what can by wrong?

i reinstall the battle.net app and Diablo 3 again!

Hi:

The first one is a known issue under investigation… no ETA for a solution.

For #3… not sure what you mean… pls provide more details – a screenshot might be useful.

Normaly when you have finding legendairy items you go to the book of Cain to see what it is. That information will also show in the chatbox, also from other players in the game/clan. This is also when you use the cube to get better legendairies…

Note: it takes some time before the server give my the builds i using.

Don’t know… I only play solo… hopefully someone else will know if the chat box is currently broken, or if there is an option to display those notifications.

RafaleInside, I wont stretch to say random since I don’t have that knowlege, however I will say that most people are not effected.

Recently started seeing clan messages from my clan members, but I still cannot talk in chat despite having privileges to do so :<

Hi, I’m the leader of the Clan Skelleftea Gamers. We are a small off only 9 people, but only 3 members currently active. And the three of us all can’t see our identified loot in the clan chat. We can still type messenges to each other, and we get no error codes. But is it a known problem with the loot not appearing in the clan chat?

We have a simuler issue in our clan “Sync”. Have been the case for weeks. The case for all members (135) is that you cant see/use the clan chat (yes its enabled so you can). Its showing 0 online 0 offline. Cant even open clan tab. If a player leaves and re-join the clan chat is working and he can ONLY see the members that have left and re-joined. 70 have so far, and everything working for them. BUT when i search for the clan its saying 135 members. i can only see those 70 in total tho. How will i ever be able to notify them to leave / re-join og kick those who dont leave. And will it say full when reachging 150 on the “search clan page”?. Can you add me to the list in ordert to sort it? Do youi need more from me?

For those whom it still concerns, 319012 can be solved by asking your officer/clan leader for you to rejoin your current clan. This solves the not being able to talk in clan chat problem, but clan roster being an absolute mess/bugged. etc other issues, such as GR achievements, and other major issues concerning this season are still not fixed.
