Too many Whisper of Atonement, not enough gems

I’m getting a large number of level 125 Whisper of Atonement but I’m really lacking in gems. Any chance you could give us an additional use for Whisper of Atonement so we can make use of them when we don’t have the gems to use them for augments?

Possible options:

  • Let us salvage them into gems, like the shards last season
  • Some mechanism where you can combine Whisper of Atonement in order to upgrade them to 150 E.g. combining whispers with a total level of 500 or more in the Kube grants one level 150 whisper.
  • Whisper of Atonement can be used to open a portal to the vault.
  • Combining whispers with a total level of 500 or more in the Kube creates a Petrified Scream.
  • Whisper of Atonement can be sold for blood shards at a conversion rate of 1 shard per level.

Or you could give your mercenary a BROKEN CROWN to wear, this will give you plenty extra gems.

If the whispers don’t stack it’ll be necessary at some time not to pick them up or to get rid of them. Can they be dropped or sold?

I don’t think they thought this part through very well, unless WoA’s transfer to non-season. I’m thinking that throughout the course of the season some will be destroyed unless they do (xfer to non-season). OR unless they find ‘something’ to use the extras for. I have a few from early on, when I was ‘noobing it on day 1’ with keys, and am certainly not going to level them the rest of the way if they don’t xfer.
