How many time u get 0 of 5 uppgrads at 60%??
In general i think the upgrade system doesn’t match the percentages even close!!
What do you think??

There’s nothing wrong with the system. Your perception is just skewed because short term variance. The percentages are correct. You need to do thousands of upgrades at certain percentages and check how many succeed and fail. At long term you’ll notice the average success rate at 60% chance is actually really 60%.

On the old version of the forums (sadly no longer available) this used to come up all the time. In response someone recorded the results of thousands of 60% gem upgrades. The actual result came out as something like 59.997%, i.e. so close as to be statistically insignificantly different from 60%.
Just because you get personal short-term variances from that overall expected value doesn’t alter the fact that the actual gem upgrade chance exactly matches the stated upgrade chance.

I got 5/5 more often than 0/5.
The 60% is correct.
Let’s not forget the psychological aspect either. People tend to remember the fails better than the successes. That is also a major contributor to the view that percentages are wrong.

My “lucky run” once was 11 misses in a row at 60%. 
But i also scored a few 1%.

My “luckiest” 1 was 3 fails at 90% then 1 succes finishing it of with a 80% fail 
it made me smile

Ok , maybe i need to count. But this happens to me last 2 months.Im not in a hurry and I raise the highest number of gems to 60%. I will try to count next 200 G. Rifts and see
Yeah, pretty much that. If you have a large pool of many tries then you 'll figure that the percentages are not broken or anything. If you have bad luck at some tries it will be “nullified” by good luck on other tries.
90% chance can even return 5 failures, one-off, although if you do, say 60 rifts, all with 90%, progressively increasing the difficulty as you go, it will turn out to be 90% success to failure if you back study the ratio

At the other extreme - My luckiest was 3 successful upgrades at 60% - 30% -15% and I’m sure I’m not the only player who has had a few successes at 1%
