What is new for this build?

I just started playing again. I’m wondering what is new for this sort of build. Are there new items that might be interesting for it? This is from several seasons ago. Possibly 2019.

something shows a 4th cube slot. Not sure how to add it.

I think the build was dependent on a seasonal ability, but I don’t remember what it was.
