Chat ban is so stupid when I even can’t request someone to invite me or invite someone to party… chat ban = OP
It’s quite simple; because it likely saves other people from being trolled when someone has recently been reported for that.
If you want to be playing multiplayer with random people online, you need to at least play nicely. That’s like, rule #1 for online gaming. If you start harassing people then a cooling-off period is very much in order.

Well my friends in my friend list asks me if i am in for a game and I cant respond or request invite, I should be able to do the later one.
Also if I am harrassing someone then someone can just block my chat but this thread is not about having a ban uplifted but the penalty it is giving that reaches out for more than just chat.
Also 2: I am not a tool that harrasses players in pub games for their own style or w/e I just leave, I got banned from harrassing a player in the seasons chat.
The intention of the punishment is to get you to stop the behaviour that caused you to be punished, i.e. if you want to stop being banned, stop harassing other players.
Then why do they punish me by crippling their own game? It does not make sense, I should be able to request invites to games or are you saying it is possible to harass someone by sending invites all the time? Cuz if so then the idea was pretty farfetched @ Blizzard brainstorming days
Trust me, it is enough to not being able to chat, no pools, no goblin shrine in bounties. I have to run to the other players like a retard yelling “Follow me!” over and over again til they get a hunch of what to do.
Like this night in a bounty game a bot got stuck after first finished act and ran back n forth I had to warn the other player by teleporting, chasing and yelling “Run!” “Flee! Now!”, “Run!” on an on, that should be enough imo.
Good you are annoyed, next time you think twice before harassing someone. I wonder why do you keep playing this game? doesnt sound like you have fun…
The punishment makes perfect sense to anyone that isn’t a harasser.
- Short term - reduce your ability to interact with other players.
- Long term - gets you to stop harassing other players.

We have block options and chat filter options, banning people from public chat on a game we paid money for, is a violation of are freedom of speech and a class action suit needs to be filed vs blizzard, we also have the freedom of choice and expression!
Just as other players have the right to not be abused by other players.
If you behave like a decent human being you won’t get banned.

Secondly, you should probably read the End User License Agreement that you agreed to abide by, specifically…
License Limitations . You agree that you will not, in whole or in part or under any circumstances, do the following:
Disruption / Harassment : Engage in any conduct disrupting or diminishing the game experience for other players, or disrupt operation of Blizzard’s Platform in any way, including:
- Harassment, “griefing,” abusive behavior or chat, conduct intended to unreasonably undermine or disrupt the Game experiences of others, deliberate inactivity or disconnecting, and/or any other activity which violates Blizzard’s Code of Conduct or In-Game Policies.
You’ll notice that covers abusive chat, right? So, good luck with your class action lawsuit taking Blizzard to court for enforcing the penalty clause of a contract you agreed to because you breached it.
