good question. were play season. were looking for guys who will stay aktive thats why we did put a parareq on it. For 1300 you had at least to play for a few weeks and know the basicmechanics. And were 14 now:-).

For 1300 is 2 days of power levelling 
yes but a descent geared 1 and able to do some kind of runs. For the rest well see as long he fits in the team and active
