This is my second season I play since season 16 and I am amazed how good Altar of Rites is. Do you think Blizzard would ever add stuff like Altar of Rites and other QoL changes to non-seasonal?

Sadly not. It’s been much wanted and debated in the American forum. But it’s highly unlikely that it’ll be implemented. No harm in wishing though.
Why not tho? I don’t see any negatives from adding stuff to non-seasonal. People who play strictly NS would be super happy if Blizzard showed us some love
Indeed, there are no negatives. It’s just that they don’t care to go into the trouble of adding it to NS. The game isn’t probably going to see any updates, appart from season rotation, unless a miracle happens.

It’s likely a corporate and strategic decision. The revenue from D3 is low. Diablo 4, with seasons and expansions, is where the potential to make money is. They hope that more and more players will be interested in D4. Making non season too interesting could work against that.
It’s just a guess of course.
