100% CPU Usage + Stutter on good PC

Hey there, I have almost 100% CPU usage on my System when launching Diablo 4 and getting stutters. What can I do, never had that like 6-8 months ago with another system and older Diablo 4 Version.

System Configuration:

  • CPU: Intel Core i9-285K (no OC, Intel Performance Profile enabled)
  • Mainboard: ASUS Z890 Maximus Hero (BIOS version 1801)
  • GPU: ASUS RTX 5090 (PCIe 5.0 x16)
  • RAM: Corsair Dominator DDR5-6400
  • PSU: Corsair 1500W
  • M.2 SSD (M2_6 Slot): WD 4TB SN850X
  • OS: Windows 11 Pro (latest version, all updates installed)
