Anyone else here wasting time waiting for the 20+gb patch to DL with 12,65 kb/s on their 1000 Fiber optic internet high speed cable? 
Would almost have been to easy to put out the PTR main build for 1 or 2 weeks and then just add the last bit today
Considering the impressive track record of the 12 kb/s Battlenet success previously that would almost have been to good a customer experience to do that
I will check back in the morning maybe it will be done by then
It is hard to believe that they are not trolling us on purpose sometimes.

yes ofcourse because why the hell not . It is just lame for them man why the hell they dind’t let us predownload ??? indie company so mad … some ppl want to play but they won’t let us ! cool thanks again like with every single update ,etc makes me wanna stop playing blizzard games because for every game is the same
but guess what is not for all the people the same if you are a streamer u get it fast… I don\t want to say anything but a streamer from same country/region as me is in game for like 1 hour and I am still at 14 gb remaining … hahahah what a joke… 10 kb/s ftw
Anyone ever found a solution for this? I tried changing regions, doesn’t work, I still get low dl speed!
Is a known bug in the launcher. Please put max speeds to EXACTLY 150000000 in the bnet app. be sure to restart the app.
Trust me, it works and you’ll download a full speed again.

I felt like a sucker for trying it but the setting max speed as above and restarting the client went from 8mb to 70+.

I’m not in the habit of lying to people. As stupid as it sounds, the trick has worked for me too, so I figured i’d share it. please do the same.

sadly didnot worked for me .it is still going snail pace . might start download again .maybe it will work then .keeping my fingers crossed
edit : starting the download again from scratch have solved it .ty .receiving full speed now
