Is it uber rare or something all the other uniqs drop me 10 times each and didnt see 1 tempest roar 300 hours guys … i wanna kill uber lilth than try another class before season but this helm not dropping . I dont understand how their system work i got 20 werebear helmet uniq not a single TR … any other class uniq like that rare ?
i did thousands of nm dungeons between 50-60 diffuculty … i hit lvl 100 2 or 3 weeks ago omg

I was looking for it so badly, then I read that some specific mobs have more chances to drop helmets.
Cannibalists and cultists.
So I focused my search on dungeons like The Cultist Refuge which had tons of cultists or
Guuldam canals/slums (if I say it right) , which has tons of cannibalists.
In the 7th Cultist Refuge I found it and a pretty good rolls and ilvl.
So, It isn’t THAT rare and I don’t know it’s drop chances is as intended, but, like in diablo2, there is a loot table, so you need to focus specific mobs when you are looking for a specific item base.
Bro i did tons of cultist refuge as i said i got 20+ vasili helm and the specific target farm in this game only possible with helltide chests nothing more … there is bug or something in some accounts i guess and they re not fixing it

Maybe there is a bug or maybe is just luck. The sad part is that you have 7 days to find it and enjoy the build cause after the mega patch they will bring, I doubt this build will be working at all.
Im done with druid bro its literally bug. Im enjoying with my necro before season 1. I spent 300 hours with dudu and cant do lilith without that helm this is the sad part

I hit lvl 85 only farming cultist refuge/ conclave/slum/ helltides and i haven’t seen one helmet drop either, maybe some characters are bugged, now are 4 days left for season start and i just gave up.
I’m already level 87 and not a single helmet has dropped out yet, not on a wolf or a bear. I will farm for 4 weeks. What’s wrong here?

+1 got a 91 bear and an 87 wolf, done everything and no helm on either, playing since pre-release.
i just got my first ever 4 hours ago. then 3 more in the last 4 hrs
Me personally I doubt you found 4 tempest roars within a day. I found only one and never hear anyone found more than 2 unless If they do it for a living and play like 15 hours a day.

tip: play any other build. Watch it drop. I never get what i ’ need ’ for my build always the opposite kinds of drops.
i have had 3 in the off season, and 1 in season 1.
I’m playing pulverize since 30ish, level 86 atm and haven’t seen a TR yet. The only unique helmet i got was a sacred vasily… still on the hunt till…100.
did you ran cultists as normal dungeon or NM dungeon?
a friend of mine got 4 in a day, so it is possibile… but alot of other friends including me, are lv 90 to 100 and still need to drop one…
Got the Tempest Roar from Dead Mans Dredge (NM lvl 40 in a chest). First time drop for this item, for me, after 300h(total,not just season)+ at lvl 86.
Level 1 - 100 dropped once. After i manage to do the wolfnado build … i started doing high level nm keys and had it 5 or 6 times.
I think its just your luck mate. Sorry about that.
