Hello, can someone explain to me why my very expensive and rare boots are missing the implicit boots stat like +3 max evade charges or Attacks reduce evade cooldown?
I can’t post a screenshot of them here apparently, but they are 3 greater affixes boots, without the implicit stat that boots have.
