My party got kicked out from the server with the error 395002 and when we load back into the game, the member of the party MrSpr0eY#2926 on its character FlashyPipe, which previously had dropped a 4 Great Affix Harmony of Ebewaka did not have the item on its character. Please check this out the issue.
