Regarding D4: personally, I hope for two changes, come launch…
(1) Disable ALL subtitles!! I disable them in the options and still get them in the game. I do not want them there. I don’t mind NPC speech bubbles but, having subtitles is awful!
(2) Work on the minimap. Allow it to be moved to different areas of the screen, according to player choice. Allow it to be resized. Allow it to zoom. Allow it to be disabled completely. Allow map overlay with transparency. This is all old stuff and hopefully, will (should) be present at release.

The UI in the beta left a lot to be desired. I agree, I spent a good amount of time in settings looking for ways to disable a lot of stuff. Honestly I think a more detailed UI customization setting can benefit a lot of people, including people with certain needs, and those who prefer a certain look.
I want to disable the mini map, all I need to do is glance a the main map for a second and go. Mini map is too distracting and it breaks that sense of immersion in the dungeons and open world, for me at least and I bet I’m not alone. Subtitles for everything is too much. I don’t even want to NPC speech bubbles, I’m good enough just listening. I disabled hit numbers, but would like to only see the crit damage. I want to disable all status effect words IMMUNE, VULNERABLE, ETC ETC or at least shring those words (symbols would be better). I would prefer a monster encyclopedia to learn better approaches.
On top right of screen, I want to remove that line of information, I dont need to know the time of day. Yes I know up on D pad will open wheel thanks to info on the bottom right of screen. Can I remove that somehow? I dont want to see all the item drop names except for yellow and orange, I dont want to see random player names, I dont even want to see people’s names who are in my clan during a session. The less I see of the UI/User Experience the better the game will look for me. I dont even want to see their names on the left siide with their health bars (or at least move it, or have it in auto hide)
Hope we can disable a lot of UI features at least on release. Right now it feels too much like a mobile game to me with UI. Environments are too nice looking for this. It deserves better.
(this critique is not to say the game is bad in any way. I love it. Just wish I had more options in the UI settings. I think a lot of people would too, all in varied parts of life)

Bonsoir
