Salvaged 4 legendary amulets/rings. No sigil. Isn’t it 100% rate to get those from legendaries?
I noticed that if you salvage it as “junk” you wont get it.
If you dont press spacebar to make it “junk” and then just use the hammer to destroy it you will 100% get the Abstruse Sigil and all the other crafting materials.
So I never make anything “junk” and always use hammer on everything, it takes a little bit longer but you get all the crafting materials.
Maybe a bug? I don’t know
I use the hammer as I play console, had a staff for Sorc- no Abstruse Sigils after salvaging. Either something is wrong on console, ‘bad luck’ on my part or some other factor is at play here
