Accelerated battle pass, 20 tier skips not working

Hi, i bought the season 5 “accelerated battle pass”.

I have the Infernal Birthright Emote but not the 20 tier skips.
I did have them at first but they are now gone.

When i press “Explore Battle Pass” ingame it says in green: free active, premium active and accelerated active.

What can i do?

I have the same issue too on PC. There’s several players who have posted about it too. It even happened to the streamer Rob when he started, but once he reset his game the levels went back up, but he was still unable to claim some ashes. I don’t know if his pass sorted itself out.

I got to about 25 on the pass (can’t remember exactly as I was so tired) and AS I LOOKED the pass just zoomed back to the beginning. I thought I was imagining it. Restarted my game, it didn’t fix it & I still have all the MTX and emote too. And now the pass is going very slowly up. I’ve got back to 7.

Theoretically IF it hadn’t done this I should be roughly 30-34 by now with the amount of levels my 3 builds have done (a 24, a 14 and a 19).

It’s incredibly frustrating that I’ve paid money and I’m unable to level as fast as everyone else who HAS the boosts. It’s ruined things for me after looking forward to it for a while…a total downer.

I am also having this issue on Xbox. Purchased accelerated, everything was available at first, but when I went to equip any of it, it wasn’t working. I checked the season and all of it was gone. Mine is also still highlighted showing I purchased accelerated but it started me completely over… I’ve reached level 9 on my own but, seriously disappointed. I put in a ticket and my GM’s solution was, “wait 24hrs and try again”. Try what again, exactly? I shouldn’t have to purchase my tiers a second time. Ridiculous.

From what I can tell blizzard just scammed half of their players by taking 20$ accelerated battle pass, and from what I see it seems like they have no intention to fix this.

Blizzard if you’re reading this, fix your game. Or refund the players their credits. If half the players of diablo all hit a lawsuit, how’re you gonna feel?

It’s worse than what I’ve seen discussed so far, at least in my case. I’ve got the rewards up to 20, but I am still making my way through those levels. I think I’m at level 8 now. If it were just a visual bug, I’d have the rewards for levels 21-28, but I’m not getting them. So it looks like the progress I’m making is being eaten up by this bug.

This has been going on for several days and at least a dozen sessions, several reboots, etc.

Resolving this required opening a ticket. From what I understand it needed to be examined and repaired by hand. To anyone holing the situation will just resolve itself, I suggest talking to Customer Service sooner rather than later.
