I am currently in a ticket with Blizzard about this. I went to use my ashes which is the button right above the Activate Battle Pass and accidently hit the wrong one. Instantly claimed it which I did not want to do.
The first reply from Blizzard CS was that higher ups did not allow them to “refund or revert” the Battle Pass claims which is completely insane. Why isn’t there a confirmation button or pop up as there is with every other purchase in this game? Is this by design just to piss people off?
I hate battle passes in general and now I feel forced to play this “Season of the Lacking Content” and it annoys the hell out of me. Fix this Blizzard and I will gladly play and claim the battle pass at the end of the season if I feel I got my moneys worth and heck I might even buy the next one, but damn I hate playing when I feel forced to do so, it sucks all the fun out of this which frankly isn’t a lot of fun to begin with.

There is a confirmation button but if you bought the deluxe version you get the pass and then there is no confirmation button. I had to claim my pass and it looked like I bought it but was the same.
Unless something was drawn from your account?
The thing you can do is not to claim the stuff going with the pass. You are not forced to claim them.
I bought the deluxe edition yes, but the sales pitch was “You don’t have to use it in Season 1 if you don’t want to, you can save it for a later season.”
I haven’t claimed a single premium thing from the pass yet because I want them to revert the battle pass usage and it is apparently a problem more people than I have, even Rhykker brought it up in one of his videos.
Not claiming the items won’t solve my problem and it won’t give me my paid battle pass back either.

But that was one thing I did not know so good to know. That you could save it. Then it is more understanding. You could just continue then with support and you will be brought up higher I suppose.
For me I could not understand why you want to delete permantly on stuff before claiming them in the pass. I hope that has a confirmation before…
They are looking into the accidental activations. A known issue.
Yeah, CS keep telling me there is nothing they can do and that all Blizzard “purchases” are final. So we’ll see about that. On consoles/gamepads your cursor even defaulted to the Activate button so it’s an even bigger problem there. It is malicious design and I wouldn’t put it past Bobby that this is actually done on purpose.
Does this look alright to you guys?
