Dear Diablo 4 Super Team,
I wanted to share some feedback regarding combat visuals and damage output tracking in the game. Currently, the screen fills with numerous damage numbers per second, which makes it challenging to discern the average damage output and evaluate the impact of small adjustments to builds.
In other games, such as Elder Scrolls, there’s a feature that calculates and displays average damage per second (DPS) after defeating an enemy or attacking a target dummy. This provides clear feedback on how changes in gear or abilities affect overall performance.
I believe adding a similar DPS counter to Diablo 4 would greatly improve player experience. It would help us better understand and refine our builds without getting overwhelmed by the numbers flying across the screen.
