first i barely manage to get into game, then i go to play dungeon, after i finish it and i teleport into town i get loading screen that loading forever so after 30 min of waiting i have to close game, cmon what is happening

Excatly same, graphic card 3080, also a lot of freezes opening inventory. You are ruining game with those last 3 patches Never had problems before.
