First i tried to townportal to Tasarak, game is stuck in loading screen. I have to ctrl+alt+del to exit the game. Then i tried to portal to another place, it worked fine for about 20 mins of playing. Then i try to portal back to Belials palace. Same thing happens. The game does not use any ram/cpu/gpu. Its like its just idle and stuck in a “loading place”. Anyone else??

Yup. Happened to me too.
I tried to teleport to Zir’s lair (Ancient’s seat) and I was stuck on the loading screen for at least 5 minutes. After that I was returned to where I started (Ked bardu), but I did not have to quit the game, however I feel most gamers will not have five minutes of patience getting stuck on the loading screen.
I dared to try again and this time it worked as expected.
Today, I am constantly stuck on loading screen when I want to travel from The Den to anywhere. Restarting the game didn’t help.
