Great operating system. Has been working for me for many years. And the Game was running until a week ago with no problems, installed updates and it stopped running. I need a solution, not philosophical statements about age.

Same problem. Worked just fine till last update. Doesn’t launch. Is there any support here? Game is not free to play.

Today’s minor update didn’t fix the problem.

I can’t even write a ticket for several day, what a level of technical support - no tickets, no answers. Is there any way to gat my money back?

The customer service response is to put windows 10. And there will be no other option. Neither refund nor correction of the situation

Regarding your inquiry, I can see that you are inquiring about Diablo IV not running on your Windows 7 PC.
After conducting further investigations, I can see that the minimum requirements for it is : Windows® 10 64-bit (Version 1909 or newer)

As for your concern, We recommend updating your Windows to be Windows 10 to be able to play, as there is too much progress in the game, which makes it non-refundable.
