I dont remember the last time i played maybe around season two or three and ive completed the battlepass and my rewards are gone i just reinstalled the game today and my characters on the select screen have the armor but in game and in my wardrobe the armor is missing alot of things are, including my mounts.

Yep, same here, i only got the gauntlets, even though I completed the entire PAID battlepass
How is this even still a thing, I’ve seen posts with the exact same problem 2 months prior, 2 MONTHS!
Blizzard being a money hungry company at it’s finest. They’d rather make new skins than fix and give back the bought skins, shameful…
