Already purchased on PC but showing "Try For Free" on my newly purchase Asus ROG handheld

As topic, i already purchase D4 and VoH on PC. Recently i also bought a handheld device Asus ROG and upon installing Blizzard app, all my other purchased Diablo title:D2R and StarCraft 2 all showing install but D4 only show “Try for Free”.

Things I tried:

  1. log out and relog in
  2. exit out the whole program including down at the system clock location.
  3. clear the blizzard cached
  4. uninstalled the whole app and reinstall

Tried all 4 methods still no go.

Please help

2 questions are you logged in with the right account and if so is this account still logged in on your pc while trying it on the handheld device?

did you buy d4 trough battlenet or steam?
