Anti-Aliasing fix for blurry image

Forcing fxaa in nvidia settings and putting replace app settings to force d4 in fxaa mode made massive improvement in frame rates and image quality. TAA works and looks like crap. Finaly have my display on 4k (dont need to constantly change resolution in windows settings) used scaling on 60% and sharpening 50% (in game) and the image is sharp AF, no frame drops, everything looks 4x better than on taa and game runs smooth as butter. And the most important part, finaly while in motion its not blurrying/ghosting everything which makes my eyes bleed. Ofcourse you can force AA off trough settings also if you dont want to have aa. Dont know why but default aa makes this game look like crap, run like crap and that blurring feels like you will go blind after hour of playing.

This is the only thing that worked for me (RTX 3060, 1440p ultrawide monitor). Thank you!

For anyone wondering, you do this through the Nvidia control panel > manage 3D settings > Progrma Settings > Select Diablo 4 or add it > go down to Antialiasing - FXAA and turn it on.
