i use prodigys tempo so it reduces my active cooldowns on skill when casting 3rd basic skill. i have ebewake and rod of kepeleke. so when cooldown timer is gone i should be able to cast armoured hide. it will work sometimes at first ok then as fight goes on and on its as if its reset to 21 second cooldown and is ignoring the cooldown reduction from prodigys tempo. is this me or is anyone else getting same issue
Nothing wrong with me, everything working fine (except the nerf about drops after last update
