i can not level up aspect of splintering energy. i have checked over 2000 items and could not find this condex of power on all those items.
I have the very same issue, destroyed thousands of items and still stucked at 15/16, also a collegue of mine also playing a sorc has the very same problem.
Is there any official statement when this will get looked at or whats the solution for this is??
