Aspect of the Blurred Beast still rarely does very high damage

I installed the new patch (game version 1.3.0.49213) and just tried the Aspect of the Blurred Beast on my Druid in the training room in Kyovashad.

Most of the time Blurred Beast now deals the expected damage based on Shred’s damage but sometimes it still does relatively very high damage that I can’t explain (in this case 12 million damage versus the expected 10-30k damage).

I’ve been seeing this as well… which is how i even found this since i’m trying to find out what the hell is going on with it… highest i’ve seen is 12mil i’ve seen 3mil as well and normally when it hits harder it’s in the 100-500k range but almost always just 12-30k I’m extremely confused and it kinda just seems like a dead ability again.
