Hi all. I would like to ask if anyone has had this problem? I turned off the game at night, I go to play in the morning, and then it says to me that my account in D4 is BLOCKED! I write to support and they ignore me. It turns out I paid so much money for the game and now I can’t play it because I just got blocked, and I can’t do anything about it. What should I do? How will they get through to them and prove that they are wrong?.. As I see, these people doesn’t care about it, press ban button that’s it, to be honest support should carefully check some cases
i’m sitting in the same boat, i’ve been playing like a mad man all week on my vacation time and got disconnected yesterday, go to log in and find out that i’m banned for exploiting! I have not exploited at all! i sent in my ticket and am hoping that a human gets to see it and takes the time to look at it. i’m sure the majority of bans were with cause but i did nothing wrong. so far i’ve heard nothing back, 11hrs and counting. beyond frustrating when your innocent.

Only thing I can imagine is that since the last patch, loot tables got adjusted.
For the first time I could kill pvp boss in 2 seconds. So I kill both bosses, do a nm dung and killed them.
Asking a friend to join, We could kill bosses in multiple instances. When no boss was up, I could switch to a t4 alt(not yet 85, so no chance on uniques), inv my friend, and switch to my 85+.
I didn’t know switching instances is banable.
I play hc pvp and I even prefer that people are in the same instance, but everyone gets grouped up in different instances so I see very few people in this area…
To me it seems that on the official blizz discord sanctuary, there is a place where you can buy/sell boosts. The people boosting also switch instances to reset dungeons, I think people doing nm dung in group do this. Personally didn’t do group runs because I wanted to get to 100 on my own and also prefer doing dungeons as they come, just avoiding certain affixes…
Didn’t get a warning telling me this was not condoned, banned when I was farming mobs in pvp zone.
So probably my first char that I almost got to 100(97), is dead, and account banned.
I have the same thing, I play VERY VERY a lot. I’m a fanatic yes. And they get banned for it? HAHAHAHAHAHA

theres no such thing as offical boosts, they are a violation of the ToC and you have been banned for cheating.
What cheating? Do you even read what I wrote at the beginning? I played D3 for 5 years and I know very well what are the consequences of bugging and so on, and not one ban for 5 years here for 2 months I play honestly and the ban arrived, it’s clear why because their bot broke down which automatically bans … Don’t carry nonsense about cheating
using ANY kind of mod can and most likely will get you banned… it’s complete horsesh*t.
So that’s exactly what I didn’t use ANYTHING, no mods or any third-party programs at all from the word at all … When I have D4 open, then the maximum is that there is no. They have some kind of failure there and I just try to get through to them, but they ignore me … What would be the point for me to file an appeal or write on the forums if I had something related to mods there cheat programs for the game …
