they could fix the Bash ability first.
They should also make Barbarian leveling more interesting. No matter what you do, you end up not good versus (sub)bosses. Meanwhile, others have buttery smooth leveling. Necro and Sorc especially.

that’s cause his core skills are weak as a newborn baby, all you can/should do is bash enemies to death:/ and that’s freaking boring

core skill where fun then blizzard decided to nerf hota and now core skills are gutted then after year that key passive gushing wounds was bugged they fixed it and buff it only for one season after that nerf aswell i have played from when d4 came out the barb class not gonna play it anymore it way to weak its worst class in the game right now they need to revert key passive nerfs they never have should nerfed bash temper and key passives at once
Which Core skill is even worth using? In the grand scheme of things. Remember, they go vs Charge, Rupture, Death Strike, Bash, Flay, Frenzy etc.

that are not core skills Whirlwind hammer of acients Upheaval Double swing and Rend that are core skills skills like flay frenzy bash are basic skill builds charge are brawling skills and rupture and deathblow are weapon mastery skills the best one now of the core skills is whirlwind only that does not count becouse it double dip with locran talisman with fist of fate and ramaldani after that its double swing its A tier build its clear that barb its worst class like in pit leaderboard all classes can push till 157 while barb its 140 so the class needs massive buffs
With that said, this game’s balance is a mess. Why is it ok for Barb to have 2x 2H + Dual Wield bonuses? While 3 / 5 classes have 1x2H XOR 2x1H.
Man, what a mess. Everyone should just have 1x2H + 2x1H.
disagree the need to be differences between classes so barb can have more weapon and it is fine they need buff barb it is the worst class the pit leaderboard tell the full story
The need for differences? Have you watched the latest Campfire? They are homogenizing almost everything, might as well do this too.
I mean, I agree with you, but it is a mess. If what I said came to pass, they would have a CLEAR PICTURE what is really wrong. And could proceed to fix it. As long as this mess persists, they are just tapping in the dark.
Barbarian is in a dead end right now.
The extra weapons and some aspects are OP. Some skills are useless.
How do you balance that?
nothing is OP all core skills are trash and not worth it only build that its bit decent its weapon throw and it needs 4 ubers to get working 
the even in the campfire admitted that barb needs some buffs its the worst class already gonna 2 second season where barb is the weakest class what are they doeing nerfing bold chieftain they never should have have gutted key passives so mutch dont understand what balance devs are doeing at blizzard or something super broken or something is so bad that you cant even play with it every class has strong key passives only barb not
