Well done Blizzard you have completely trashed the Barbarian. I actually never want to play as one ever again. Running around constantly waiting for skills sucks especially when you can’t avoid anything (and that does happen). Plus the dude looks like he’s pooping his pants while he runs with weapons out which makes it worse.
imagine rating the gameplay of a class by the firt 60 minutes 25 levels of a game in a beta xD
imagine testing diablo 3 with the first 25 levels. no chance to get any of the feeling of a class.
just wait for builds

That’s completely untrue. I saw loads of deleted videos that say otherwise. Also comments here say otherwise. I did have fun as a sorcerer however because it’s a ranged class.

Do skillbar(build) like this:
1 jumping blow(the leap skill) with leech upgrade, 2 deathblow(strongest cd skill), 3 dual wield fury skill, 4 offensive shout, LM aggro and mitigation shout, RM absorb/barrier cd
Spam shouts, press 1 and 2 like a madman, 1 and 3 when 2 is in cd and rofl everything in seconds without having to move much and barely using pots.
There is no stronger pve build than this and it´s so foolproof that any newb should keyboardfaceroll with Barb.
Yes completely right you are sir, just look at this barb right here having to run after all the ranged mobs and dont get me started on the butcher fight! Look at the epic gear at the end!
Yea i would dread The Butcher as melee… it was hard but manageable as ranged. I get it… just honestly… 6 freakin years, possibly more like 10 (Star Citizen, i was banned/silenced).

Barbarian felt great to me. Super powerful builds.
I think maybe you’re just bad at the game and need to practice or use your brain more.
We obviously went for different builds. I am not bad at Diablo games as i have completed D1,2 and 3.
I mean sounds like you are though because you couldn’t handle Barbarian in D4.
Look here’s a Barb hitting 70k crits on a 4 man scaled dungeon they did solo.
This sounds like a “you” problem.
I never said they were a problem fully geared. I spent about 4 hours playing it. He’s clunky at the start, appears as if pooping his pants when running dual wielding, all basic skills are pretty pointless except to generate fury and just feels awful popping potions because he has to run around waiting for cooldowns. Worst thing was that lunging strike can only be used on enemies and some breakables. Why can’t i lunge and strike where and whenever i want?
Not really. Barb felt great all the way through.
Like I said. Adventure mode exists and it was designed for players like you.

Barb was very playable in veteran to many players.
