Paid for 20 tier skip option with coins. it skipped the 20 levels. and the reset?
can i have my coins back or my skips many thanks.

Seems to be happening to a lot who got the tier skip.
1 interesting thing i just noticed, it says i own it in the game - while not giving me the skips
but in the battle.net launcher it shows the battle pass as owned but the accelerated one as “buy now” still, not “in library”. almost like they’ve taken the money, and not updated their systems.
Same, took my platinum, no skips. This whole launch/season is terrible.
when i tried to put a ticket in for it.
it told me that it was a known issue and they were looking into it.
so maybe ?
To me they said there’s nothing they can do.
Bad luck and sorry for your loss. Platinum down the drain and no help from blizz. Not a good look.
