The battle pass being reserved for the seasonal character, I would like to be reimbursed for the surplus of my deluxe edition because I do not intend to do the seasons, that does not interest me and it was not explicitly specified before the purchase.

it is said that the battle pass will start with season 1 but not that it is reserved for the character of season 1

Oh I do, that is why I inform myself before buying a product and make a decision before hitting the „pay now“ button.

TBH my friend (A casual consolero, played d3 on ps4) did not know this as well. He stopped playing now. And he is not alone. So big L from blizzard. And if you don’t think so, well, icant help you then. Because thinking everyone should now that arpgs have seasons (which most on ps4 dont have btw) is false, and not consumer but blizzard fault.

You were never the target audience, the target audience is the one that Blizzard knows will stick around for the long term, the people that know the genre and will play seasons.

I paid the £90 purely to get early access into the released game… the seasons content also doesn’t particularly interest me, although I probably will pop in from time to time. I just play casually now. Maybe 3-4 hours per week.
Who would have tought that the season battlepass is for the seasons only???

And ? D3 was also record breaking in sales, still broke records in loosing players over the month. IF refunds would be a thing after lvl 70, i bet that it would also break records. We can have a talk after season 1, when a new record is on the way as well my guy…
And braggin about sales when nearly all people got scammed by the marketing is really a good sign. Casuals got scammed because season never got mentioned clickbait with MMOARGP, D2 fans got scammed because it was told that it would be more like D2, Hardcoregamers got scammed because they were told of “rich endgame with plenty to do” “play your way” and everyone got scammed because we payed 70 Euro for a Beta-state like game. Unfinished product, by no means half the features a 10 YEARS OLD GAME in this genre has. You are just delusional or paid actor
