Definitely a bug. I received my 20 tier skips yesterday, claimed them all, and now they’re missing today. Strange thing is that i still have access to some of the stuff I claimed yesterday (town portal at battle pass lvl 13), yet the battle pass today says I’m only level 7…

This is comical, you made a support break out to tell us to shut up and wait. I submitted a ticket and you guys marked it resolved instantly. Essentially you took our money for a service, failed to provide the service, brushed us off and act annoyed by us bringing up the issue. I know this is small money to you guys but it is still fraud/theft to not provide what is paid for. It’s been long enough either fix it or refund it but do something.
Here we are 20 days later and still nothing.
