Berserk relses "you can't play Diablo 4 yet"

Can’t play Diablo 4. I have bought full game and exp and last time played was today some hours ago before the Berserk release. When i try to click “Play” in battle.net app the icon is “gray” and when i hover over it only says “you can’t play Diablo 4 yet”. I have rebooted, repaired and scanned, check for updates for both battle.net and Diablo4.

FOUND A FIX! UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED BNETT APP!

Yeah, thanks for support. There probably busy counting the new money from the Berserk bundle. They will lift there heads eventually and notice the problem… Hope it’s not to many days till then…

I read on one forum, the guy can’t log into the game for 6 months, I hope they help us faster XD

Same here. Just got home from work and launched battlenet. Play icon grayed out and says can’t play diablo 4 yet. Super…I love paying for something I can use

Exactly same problem here. Reinstalling APP did nothing for me. Clearly there is something wrong. Check your purchase history, for some reason Vessel of Hatred shows for me as a freaking “dot” there. I wonder if it’s the same for you. I paid 90e for a “dot”…
Even main screen in APP on D4 page shows options for buying expansion, but when I “try” to “buy” it the buttons shows as “In Library” :slight_smile: That’s some next level bullshit :slight_smile:

Any updates on this? I have the same issue; “you can’t play Diablo IV yet” and play button is greyed out.

To fix this, go to your account battle net, then go to Games & Subscriptions and click on Check your connection at Xbox Game Pass under Subscriptions.

Make sure to disconnect everything here, that worked for me and my friends.

With all due respect, ever since the team has been focusing solely on cosmetic content—which, in fact, involves real-money purchases—the game has had more problems than ever before. Is there any information at all on when the bugs will be fixed and when the Lucian Crown will finally start working?

As someone who runs their own business and also works a full-time job, I understand how important it is for a product to generate revenue. But I would never sell a product or service at such an inflated price with this level of quality.

In my opinion, 6 days without an item that is core to many builds is simply too much, and the lack of information about when this will be fixed shows a lack of respect for the players’ time.

same here, playing on a pc, so no x-box or whatever…Restart of pc: no solution.

You Are not Alone. Same problem here: can’t play diablo IV yet. This message appeared after I finished playing for a few hours, went to log back in. I have been collecting rewards within the game, if that helps. I try the suggestion to change the game region, possibly the passwords and install the battlenet client again. Thank you community. :slight_smile:

Maybe they fix it before sezon end, because right now they are working for another microtransaction bundle. Prob same situation with lucian crown :smiley:

Another one affected here. From PC. Since yesterday, no way to get in and play. No deleting files or restarting PC or reinstalling works.

Try with a ticket, they fixed it for me today earlier :slight_smile:
