I participated in the betas (early access) and I fulfilled all the necessary requirements for the beta rewards (killing Ashava, lvl 20, Kyovashad) - but right now there is no mentioning in the game that I killed the World Boss (other players do have it).
I killed the boss with many players and I got the challenge info then (got the screenshot of that to boast 
) and now - nothing. Can it be reinstated in the game?
Appropriate Beta rewards would show up in your in-game Collections, either at the Stables, or Wardrobe, depending on which specific reward you’re looking for.

I submitted a ticket, they replied with “others have reached out with the same issue and we’ve confirmed all players who completed the requirements have received the proper license for the beta rewards.”
I replied with two screenshots, one of me at level 20 AND a timestamp of me sending that same picture during the beta, yet they replied with the same exact response. It seems that despite completing the beta requirements, I am just SOL on the items, despite every one of my friends that ALSO played with me during the beta got them without issue.
Same problem i opened a ticket and they replied that they can’t help.
