Any chance we can access it another way or get the email resent? All of my notifications settings are green check marks. Checked spam/trash/doing a Gmail search for Diablo and no results.

The heading in the email is “sanctuary is is awe of your beta achievements”.
Perhaps you never left the game in awe, and never achieved anything mentionable / memorable. (there may have been an activity threshold)
You ISP/Email Provider will have an internal spam filter at a level higher than you can access. I can only suggest you request they check the “maillog” for emails sent from “noreply[at]e.blizzard[dot]com” to your own email address to clear this up. If they don’t have it logged, it was never sent.
I haven’t received any emails either, besides the one about buying the game. Might be because I had the promotional emails turned off in my Account Settings, but I hope I will still get the Beta rewards come launch, since I met the requirements and all.
