My 2 paragon lvl132 warrior/sorc got transferred today to the eternal realm, try to get contact with Blizzard is impossible in EU. How do i create a ticket and get them transferred back to the seasonal realm?
new season starts today, so all characters from the previous season will be transferred to the eternal realm

As stated above, Season 8 ended today and Season 9 has begun. When a season ends, your seasonal characters and their inventory is moved to Eternal realms.
There is no grounds for contacting support about this, as it is a intentional game mechanic, and part of the games seasonal model. There is no reason to open a ticket, as it wont result in anything.
