Bleed not working correctly, because Attack Speed does not speed up or affect bleed ticks at all

As said in the title. As a disclaimer bleed application rate and bleed tick speed are two different things. I realise that the game engine checks for dot ticks every 30 frames and speeding up bleed ticks is close to impossible. The possible suggestion here however is to add some maths in the bleed functionality and increase it’s tick damage relative to the character’s attack speed. I also know that double dipping might not be a favourite here but game logic also should not be broken. I’ll be happy to see someone actually checking this out.
