I take it for granted that no one at Blizzard will see this post, let alone that they will pay attention to me, but…
We’re all using the Diablo.Trade page to do item buying/selling. We have to minimize the game, use the page, waste time on all that, on people being connected, on coincidencing, etc…
Why not set up an auction house? After all, it is the same as what we have now, resorting to the aforementioned page.
Another discussion that I don’t want to open is whether it should be gold or real money. I don’t care about that, it’s not the idea of this post. I open this post so that we can all join in the petition to put an integrated auction house like in Diablo 3.
If it’s just in-game gold, great.
Please all support this thread so that it comes to Blizzard and finally adds an auction house.
yep but with an action house, D4 gonna be a actionnor game (actionnor is a real word ? idk)
with action house you just spedn hour to farm gold, buy 1 item, go back gold etc etc
i dont play this “game” anymore but i think fix the table loot problem is a better choice imo
Yes. But the problem is that games are not allowed to be games anymore. Only money printers. I would not mind about the money part so much if games were still allowed to be games. They are not allowed to be that anymore.
The problem is that there are pages to trade objects. And it’s very annoying to have to use the trade page by exiting the game when it could already be integrated into the game itself. We can’t avoid trading, so let’s not make the exchange awkward
maybe you are right idk, im not playing anymore but imo action house is a bad idea. I remember in D3 when i past 2/3/4h scan the action house to find the masterpiece.
im not sure D4 need that
“The problem is that there are pages to trade objects” maybe its the problem or not idk, in D2 trading is a part of the game BUT you can found good stuff by yourself
Why the hell would you want an AH in a “game” where everything else is null and void unless its 925 and has 1-4 Michelin Stars? Which you can brick and are always generated in the most unfavourable way for you by the design?
There are 2 factions. One is “Circle of Fortune” which is non-trade faction. Second is “Merchant’s Guild” which is meant for trade. In non-trade faction you unlock increased drops and you can unlock some target farming features to compensate lack of trade. If you don’t like it you can swap faction during the game, but you can’t use items found (or traded) in other faction.
The good thing in this system is that you have to put time and a lot of effort into it to unlock trade or increased drops, so you don’t want to change factions too often. And there is a limit of one transaction for each item, so you can’t buy it just to sell for higher price. It also significantly reduces bots activity.
me sumo a la causa. el que quiere comerciar que comercie y el que no que farmee como quiera. el que quiere la usa y el que no que haga su vida. sencillo.
No Diablo do not need any Auctionhouse look what happend in D3.
The problem its more easy to fix
§1 Put a timer on loot for the group members, only.
§2 Every drop is account bound.
This will make all farmers company more poor and ebay and facebook and other sellsite’s we dont have an item at 3000billion gold to buy, and in this game that is an RNG.farming loot game so, play the game instead of buy the loot. simple like that
or
they can do like in D3, you can only trade with people who were in your group when you looted.
no gold trading, you give or not but no money between friends ^^
It’s not even trade. It’s more like loot share. If both sides won’t drop interesting stuff during the same session than you have nothing to trade in exchange. It’s not a trade in any meaning.
Why are you guys are affraid of trade so much? There are many decent solutions to make all players satisfied. I didn’t have occasion to play auction house in D3, but i see a lot other games are doing fine with trade.
LE trading is good without reputation. People sell only to get reputation (it’s a big mess). You can’t buy good items if you don’t have enough it (levels).
