Mount access must be unlocked in Diablo® IV before using mounts. Diablo® IV: Lapisvein mount, Cobalt Ensign mount trophy, Demon-Mother Countenance mount trophy, and Midnight Harness mount armor will be available in game by November 3, 2023.
I also wanted to address the absence of the mounts and trophies in-game. As today marks the 4th of November and the release was scheduled for the 3rd of November, I’m eager to understand the status of these items.
Their absence leaves a concerning gap, impacting the overall gaming experience. As a community, we value the attention to detail and prompt delivery of in-game content. This situation, while seemingly minor, does affect our overall impression of professionalism.
Could we please receive an update on when we can expect these items to be available? Clarity on this matter would be greatly appreciated by the community, so please get your shit together.

Same here, no mount or trophies.

Same here, doesnt make sense that you make a deadline for when to recieve and we as players have to be left in the dark, in other workplaces that just wouldnt do.

Same here. Mistakenly released ahead of schedule I read, icon placeholders LR or something and removed in a patch. I had them for a brief time. They should be available now, yet they aren’t in my stable.
