Blocking access to game

yesterday the game was updated once again (the update process is endless). After that I did not try to enter the game. And this morning I received a letter in the mail that I was using malicious software. I know that there is turbohood but I have never used it!!!
I believe that blocking my access to D4 was unlawful!

Today after the update the Diablo IV account was blocked for using malicious software. I play on steam deck.

the support answered me and said that the ban would not be lifted

Did everyone get that answer?

Hello there,

@Blizzard, please comment on why there was such a wave of unjust bans after the update?

Oh great. A canned response without naming the offending software so you can investigate the situation.
I would expect this to end up in logs. Any of you have anything in there that says something along the lines of “found offending.exe which is banned”?

Perhaps they don’t have competent supports on site right now… and those who are in charge don’t understand anything of what needs to be done and how to work
