Bold Chieftain's Aspect not working in Artificer's pit

Hello all,

I just noticed the Bold Chieftain’s Aspect don’t trigger in Artificer’s pit. (The aspect that reduce Shouts CD for each enemies in range).
It triggers like once every 10 mins. Is it intended ? How can i alarm Blizzard about it ?
Maybe i made something wrong, or a glyph synergy erase the Aspect effect ?

Not only in pit. The bold chieftains aspect dont trigger for me at all. Wanna build a shout druid but this wont work so good without it.
