All powers had at last 4000% dps multiple, they can trigger without cd… And here we have power which cast where mouse marker is, also with long cd and low dps. So bad!

and triggers all the time, no cd needed

isn´t this power already one of the most powerful? i don´t bother with it cos it sux visually. like all lightning in this engine.
