Booted from server, character deleted

Hi all, I just got booted from the server and now it appears my level 29 character has been deleted. Any ideas on how to get it back?

Yeah I lost all 6 of my characters just before it kicked me off. Hopefully a bug or thereā€™s going to be some angry people :stuck_out_tongue:

Same, all chars gone so i tried to restart my game and now i cant get back in. after 3 mins of queue, i were put in a new queue for 4 mins and them i got booted again with error code 300202.

Tried to log in again and this time after 10 mins i got booted one again with error code 300202.

Yeah looks like the servers down. Weā€™ve all been kicked out hence the massive queue

Same here, i was playing in PS5 and i received an error message, and i didnt has character and all my way was deleted

yeah you can read on twitter, they deleted every ones chars, so that they can start over.
If that does not piss people off enough, they may then be more bold next time, delete the game from your account, so that you have to pay for it again.

Ok, real part of this is, they are not deleted, they are just not loaded in, so you can see them, so no panic :smiley:

No character were deleted. when the server go down you cannot get the data. It shows they arenā€™t there.

Same here, first I got kicked to character screen on wich there was zero characters lol. I got stuck there before I decided to close the game and now I canā€™t log back on. When I try I get error:

There was a problem logging in. (Code 300202)

If characters are permanently gone there are gonna be some angry people indeed lol :sweat_smile:. I donā€™t think that will be the case though because that would make Blizzard look reeaaaally bad :stuck_out_tongue:.

Iā€™ve stop reading at ā€œthey deleted every ones charsā€ and instantly start loading my shotgun while searching Blizzard address on Google.
Hope that you donā€™t reveal it was a prank in the part of the message that Iā€™ve not read, because there will be victims.
