I recently bought mount cosmetic Born of the Stars from Diablo 4 shop on my xbox. So I can see moint itself in stable but all other cosmetics are missing like mount armor and trophies.

Same thing happened to me too. I got the horse and nothing else. I am on xbox too. I have also seen that the Murrain mount is bugged too and you can use no cosmetics on it. Both paid mount bundles.

Same thing happened to me. I purchased this on PS5 several days ago, and got the horse but cannot see the mount armor or trophy in the stables, so I cannot equip them. I thought if I waited a few days they would show up, but so far nothing.
This is happening to me but with a completely different mount. I think it’s a bug across the board.
