Bug?
I killed the wandering death today (after reset) with the Grand Cache showing up on the map as a loot option and it never dropped. Boss popped again, wandering death, and now says I’ve claimed the loot for that this week. This has happened a couple times now. It doesn’t show up later in my chest.
