hi, i bought the ultimate edition already a few month ago, now i just realised that i didnt got the battlepass, i just activated it with 1000 platinum.
will i get a free battlepass for the next season now or how does it work now?
Yeh I have the exact same issue. I don’t understand why after paying for the ultimate I can’t unlock anything in the season pass. Even have all the cosmetics as proof of purchase
You dont get a battlepass, you get a “battlepass unlock” essentially a voucher to redeem for a free battlepass, in any season you want. Is it possible you pre-ordered the expansion a while ago and spent the voucher on the season 5 battlepass?
I have the same issue. I purchased Ultimate edition, had my accelerated bp token ready for VoH, now I cannot see it anywhere in game. I purchased the S5 battle pass but didn’t use my accelerated token at that time.
Same issue. Bought Deluxe edition, plus paid extra for accelerated battle pass, and nothing. Put ticket in yesterday, came back and said lots of ppl had same issue but not to worry, they were working on it. Then he set the ticket as “answered”. Heard nothing since and still no battle pass.
