Brightness settings and accessibility options on every launch

Every time I launch the game I have to go through the brightness and accessibility options similar to when you first launch the game. Not that big of a deal, but I haven’t been able to find any info about this online so I thought I’d post about it here

It seems diablo does not have permissions to write settings file
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Diablo IV\LocalPrefs.txt
Try launching the game as admin and do not close it with alt+f4, so it can be saved properly.

Turns out my antivirus was blocking write access to the folder

Windows Defender will be sufficient for 99.5% computer users nowadays.
